Collection: Saber-toothed Cat

Saber-toothed Cat or Machairodus Giganteus was the largest of the scimitar-toothed cats and was slightly larger in size than the much later Smilodon populator from South America. It was not closely related to the tiger or other modern cats. It lived from the Miocene to the Pleistocene (23 mya to 11,000 years ago)

Fossilien Company saber toothed cat collections are from old fossil several decades ago, but are prepped and restored by our professional preparers recently.
