This is a genuine saber toothed cat skull fossil (Machairodus giganteus) which has been professionally prepared and restored. Its saber tooth is very strong and in unbeatable quality. It has a natural light brown patina with grey stains which has further enriched its appearance.

This Saber-Toothed Cat maxilla measures 36cm in length measures along its upper arch from front to rear. It is a ‘must have’ item for serious fossil collector, a perfect display for any museum or home. It comes with a tailor-made display stand as in the photos.

This specimen will be shipped from Hong Kong by courier service. Double-boxed to maximize protection; however, due to the fragile nature of fossil, please accept minor damage of the fossil on arrival.
